Rites of Passage (ROP) Program
Our Rites of Passage Self Discovery Program is dedicated to empowering and improving the lives of Black youth through a 22 Week Program (20 Instructional Weeks/2 Week Journey to Ghana). During the intensive 22 Week Program, students take a self discovery journey in which they learn global awareness, leadership development, financial literacy, drug/alcohol awareness, political education and community service. Our goal is to create a safe space for Black Youth. Our ROP Instructor will facilitate weekly 2.5 hour sessions for 10 males and 10 females between the ages of 15-18.
